The marlowe-ts-sdk provides a Rest Client over the Marlowe Runtime and some abstractions above it to simplify the communication. Today, This Rest Client misses some implementation and this milestone is about being feature complete for v0.0.5.1 of the runtime (v0.0.5 is considered a broken release FYI)
