Improve capabilitiees of SQAaaS platform in the annex

Describe the solution you'd like

• Change criteria supported for SQAaaS pipeline composition from N.A to the one supported in the tooling: QC.Acc, QC.Doc, QC.FAIR, QC.Fun, QC.Lic, QC.Met, QC.Sec, QC.Sty, QC.Uni. We could also clarify here that QC.FAIR is a special criterion for FAIR data not being referenced in the current software baseline

• The table and the text can be complemented with the assessment capabilities of the SQAaaS, so apart from capture this fact on the text I would add a second row within the SQAaaS entry in the table: assessment & awarding. Current criteria being supported here is the one for the bronze badge: QC.Acc, QC.Doc, QC.Lic, QC.Met
