Describe the bug
When enabling the TEI XML document support and opening a document, either the formatting is broken or nothing is visible.

Expected behavior
TEI document should render properly.

Please complete the following information:

  • Version and build ID: 34.2

- Ensure resources are included in TEI IO module
- Exclude some files from rat check with fail to pass sometimes (probably bug in rat)
