Tagset in named entity example data does not match data

Describe the bug
The example data in the named entity project template does not use the default named entity tags. That means, suggestions in that project cannot be accepted and new annotations with the same tags as in the pre-annotated data cannot be added.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a project from the named entity template with example data
2. Try creating an annotation that uses one of the tags from the example data

Expected behavior
The example data would be more sensible if the tagset would be consistent with it.
