Describe the bug
There is an error message when trying to delete a chain layer element.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a coreference annotation
  2. Delete it

Expected behavior
The error happens because undo is not supported for deleting chain layer elements. This is unfortunate, but it should not cause an error.
