Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
INCEpITON supports markdown in several places. When such markdown contains an external link, it causes the user to leave INCEpITON. This is also not obvious to the user.

Describe the solution you'd like
Mark external links using a symbol and open them in a new window/tab.
