There are multiple fixes.

Implement new use of --signing-key


          fix: Fix incorrect command argument --key.

--key is replaced by --signing-key.

Thanks for the PR. Note that --signing-key was only added in 2.2.0. Regardless, we should start using it (see #68). :)
