fix(cli): Update build instructions for CLI

I was struggling to make the PR #11828 as the build instructions are unclear. I added that the server and open-api have to be built to develop against the open-api. Just saying "Build the OpenAPI" would not be sufficient as it requires the server to be built and that fact is burried under a gazillion lines of log in the generation script.

The built files are included in the git repository. Why do they need to be built again? If you change an endpoint those steps are necessary. Maybe the missing step is running npm i in the typescript-sdk folder though.

open-api/typescript-sdk/build is in .gitignore and cli/package.json references it: "@immich/sdk": "file:../open-api/typescript-sdk". Similarly server/dist is in .gitignore too

Maybe I'm overlooking something? What built files are in the git repo?

Cleaning my repo and running npm i && npm run build in cli leads to the following error:

[commonjs--resolver] Failed to resolve entry for package "@immich/sdk". The package may have incorrect main/module/exports specified in its package.json.

Running ./bin/generate-open-api.sh in open-api gives the following (burried under a gazillion other log outputs which I didn't see when first running it):

Ah you are right. You definitely need to run npm i and npm run build in the SDK folder before you can run the cli.
