Provide a separate OCR Module to avoid dependencies between the OCR Document extraction and the Imixs-Worklfow Processing life cycle. Currently the OCR service is also used by the Imixs-ML training service which generates an dependency to the Imixs-Workflow-Engine project. For deployment issues we need to avoid this depndency.

Also some renaming and refactoring is part of this issuel
