A basic and easy to use ImageJ macro script that takes binary images and extracts regions-of-interest (ROIs) from its target particles, and provides desired parameters from mentioned particles.

The end results are two files: 1. ".zip" file with all the extracted ROIs for further analysis, 2. ".csv" file with the result table parameters.
