If I don't change the config.ts file this way, the local startup reports an error #98, I'm not sure if it's the version.

Sorry, but can't reproduce it in my local or CI env

@iluwatar Indeed, I don't know what's causing it, but I've tried it under different os, including gitpod. I guess your ci env just needs to run pnpm run buid without the need to run the pnpm run dev command, and if you have the time you can reproduce it by executing pnpm run dev in a completely new env. thanks.
