I've never wanted to turn the LED on/off from my dashboard, so this PR just adds a new config which lets you hide the button. Defaults to
false/ do not hide so it won't suddenly change people's existing cards.I'm also re-ordering the config a little so the switches are at the buttom, because in PR #66 I also make one of the switches disabled dependent on the platform, so platform should be above.
Finally I'm adding some padding around the toggles as I found them too close together to manipulate reliably.
