Background
The utilities and their tests, initially written for
ember-codemod-pod-to-octane, ended up being duplicated as I began to write more codemods.To reduce the maintenance cost, I extracted the utilities to
@codemod-utils(only the utilities that may be used in many codemods).Related: ijlee2/ember-codemod-v1-to-v2#30
