This PR:

  1. Allow closing the editor window from menu or cmd+w and reopening from Dock.
  2. Allow dragging localization folder directly onto dock icon to open.

P.S: I'm working on a branch to allow directly dragging folder onto the editor window, I'll make this PR once it's ready.
