Description

Debian Bullseye was released on August 14th, 2021. Maybe it's interesting to upgrade this template to use that version as default :)

Why is this needed?

Because Debian Busted has been superseeded by Debian Bullseye

We should also drop support for debian strech. Therefor we need to update travis test matrix to test bullseye instead of stretch.
