When using an external elasticsearch/Kibana instance the links back to Malcolm's Arkime and NetBox instances won't be navigable, as Kibana won't know anything about that and you can't just use the URI since they're not on the same host. We should strip them out in the dashboards-helper startup script that imports them prior to their import.
