I'm considering switching from semantic versioning (SemVer) to calendar versioning (CalVer).

I'm considering using the YY.0M.MICRO format, as in:

23.01.0 - the first release in January of 2023
23.01.1 - a "patch" release in January of 2023
23.01.2 - another "patch" release in January of 2023
23.03.0 - the first release in March of 2023
etc.
