Update HYBRID repository

To update existing HYBRID repositories and get the latest changes, simply go to the HYBRID repository folder and update using the following:

cd <path to your hybrid repository>/hybrid
git pull

If the RAVEN sub module has been updated with the latest "pull" of the HYBRID repository, you need to follow the instructions how to update the RAVEN sub module.
