Set SSLClientProfile for load balancer groups and update health check comments to include TCP connection check.

Hi,

Please consider merging "load-balancer-group-to-ant.xsl" from my fork.

The following modifications have been made:

• set the SSLClientProfile name when present in the changes file to ensure that the correct SSL client profile is set on the lbg after deployment. The SSLClientProfile element is catered for in the current master, but the value from the changes file is never copied.
• update the load balancer group health check comments to include the "TCPConnectionType". This is a documentation change only.
