This should fix the problem reported in #4129
Adds support for following mixer inputs:
'Stabilized Roll+', // 23
'Stabilized Roll-', // 24
'Stabilized Pitch+', // 25
'Stabilized Pitch-', // 26
'Stabilized Yaw+', // 27
'Stabilized Yaw-' // 28,
Pluses contain values from 0 to 1000
Minuses contain values from -1000 to 0
