This ditches the wlroots implementation in favor of a Hyprland one.

To-test: whether hints still work, plus, if there arent any crashes.

The update seems to be working perfectly, i also never had any issues with screen tearing, even on Nvidia

I don't think hints are working.

Simple repro: Run vkcube --present_mode 0 and fullscreen it. With this PR the display never shows activelyTearing: True
Previous versions of hyprland do.

I can't get activelyTearing to show up for any game I'm trying via toggling in-game vsync settings either.
