Describe your PR, what does it fix/add?

Currently the only way to determine if a monitor is disabled is to check whether it's listed in the output of hyprctl monitors. However, when a monitor is disabled in the config and then enabled using hyprctl, it never shows in the hyprctl monitors output. The hyprctl monitors all output doesn't help as it's identical when the monitor is enabled or disabled.

This adds a disabled status to the output of hyprctl monitors.

Is there anything you want to mention? (unchecked code, possible bugs, found problems, breaking compatibility, etc.)

No

Is it ready for merging, or does it need work?

Ready
