I see that window/layer rules tend to use "unset". Could also use it in there (& eventually unify for all props?) instead of |

Border colors already support gradient, this lets
setpropto parse gradient as well.Is there anything you want to mention? (unchecked code, possible bugs, found problems, breaking compatibility, etc.)
Wiki states that
-1means unset, however, that wasn't actually the case before. This PR respects-1and makes it act as unset rule.Is it ready for merging, or does it need work?
