Introduce Fujitsu CDL (Chain Data Lineage) connector to the cacti project.

At the moment it's socket-io based connector (i.e. not compatible with openapi cmd-api-server). It can be migrated to open-api in the future but, nonetheless, the connector is fully functional at the moment.
Since, at the moment, there's no open-source / free release of CDL, we can't supply any automatic tests for the CI. I've included a manual script that can be executed against a running CDL endpoint to perform the tests. We have to assume that any future contributors will run these manual tests to assert everything is still working correctly :)
