Clear All occasionally does not work

Steps to reproduce

When I send a color or effect via the Hyperion app or ioBroker hyperion_ng, the LEDs come on. Then I delete the colors and effects. They are also no longer visible in the remote control, but the LEDs remain on.
Only when I stop the Hyperion Service with "sudo systemctl stop [email protected]" and with "sudo systemctl stop [email protected]"
If you start again, colors and effects can be deleted and the LEDs also go dark.

What is expected?

LED-Devices: LED's retain last state after clearing a source for example (#1008)

What is actually happening?

LEDs occasionally stay on even though the source is switched off. Normally they would have to switch to black.
