Last Apache Velocity release is 9 years old.
Would be good to replace it with more up to date library.

Considered choices: Apache FreeMarker, Thymeleaf, Pebble.

Selected library must be under active development and has less dependencies.

Changes apply to Bluemedia payment functionality only.

Main template for web remains untouched at the moment (Thymeleaf).
