v0.2 / gentoo

0.2 release, most of the initial milestones have been reached:

• proxy chaining of devices
• multi platform support (cPython, microPython, 2.6+ and 3.4+)
• serial, udp, tcp, json (http) protocols work well, https and encrypted udp are still WIP
• socket ports, pcb board, chassis and standard pin usage is in effect (so far only esp8266-12e for pins)
• various auto UI clients have been created, but this is still WIP and will get more attention in the next release
