Description
Develop the basic concept of Recoding Oracle.

Motivation
Recoding Oracle needs to be updated.

Implementation details

  • The service should be optimized in terms of sending requests to web3, s3 storage, and local storage.
  • The service should be able to work with different types of tasks.
  • Record only unique responses.
