One more custom analog for touch controls

What should happen

This is a duplicate of #14654. I also wanted to request just 1 more custom analog. Unfortunately that issue was closed for a different reason and not because it was implemented.

I tried iota's build there and it's very useful in games that use so many button combo like L+dpad, L+action button, R+action button.

If I were to use the regular combo buttons I would end up with too many buttons on the screen. Unfortunately, the build iota made was based on an older version without #14843 implemented. That is all, thanks.

god eater, justice league heroes, x-men legends, marvel ultimate alliance 1&2, dungeon siege and maybe many others.

Other emulators or software with a similar feature

none. ppsspp seems to be the most feature rich out of all emulators.

• Search for other requests of the same feature.

I'm still of the same opinion that having extra analogs is more harm than good.

The code is available here, if you ever need you could rebase on latest master from upstream.

not freeze emulator like in devMenu.
