data-url-encoded HTML triggers annoying dialog each time bookmark is opened

Hm, actually I see this is intentional and reverting back to alpha6 generates proper links. I don't understand though how the new behavior with Allow this site to open blah blah dialog which is shown each time is better than the old one. Pleaae consider reverting this change.

We utilize this extension to automatically open session links which indeed have data-URL-encoded parts, this is indeed very annoying as Firefox does say that url+extension should be handled by the open-url-in-container addon but seems to misinterpret newly created URLs.
