The output format specific renderers from honeybee should be moved into this repository so they're next to the twig templates. See honeybee/honeybee#3 as well.

The output format specific renderers (e.g. for html) usually use twig
templates that are located in this repository. Thus moving those renderers
into here is the sensible thing to do without extracting a whole new
repository for ui stuff. refs #6

e.g. when switching from one sass compiler to another one in
different environments. Switching from (discontinued) ruby sass
which is the current default to the e.g. node sass can be done
by setting sass.cmd_tpl to "#1 #2 #3 #4 #5 #6".
