Remove myself from edl21 codeowners

I don't use this integration anymore and notifications about issues keep popping up, most of the time as a direct result of other people's decisions. If anybody wants to maintain this code, please step up. I'm still using the underlying library, so if you're facing problems within that part, feel free to leave a message in the corresponding issue tracker.
