Proposed change
Since Matter 1.2 doorlocks now support separation of unbolt and unlatch for locks that have a separate hatch to free the door (EU locks). To keep the spec backwards compatible the behavior has been implemented to do an unbolt + unlatch when you call Unlock on a doorlock meaning that the HA integration now by default opens the door when unlocking.
This PR fixes that behavior by checking the Unbolt feature flag. If that exists, the unlock service call will only do the unbolt command and the open service call will do the unlatch to open the door.
Technically speaking a new feature but it fixes a bug introduced by upgrading to Matter 1.2.
