Bump pyenphase to 1.14.1 to fix #103209

Changelog: pyenphase/pyenphase@v1.13.1...v1.14.1

I will put it on my production system shortly and test just to be sure, I doubt that the changes will have any impact, but I don't want to find out the hardware
