home-assistant/core#26030 (comment)

I haven't been able to test this myself, but guess it would work. Keeping the image tag at 3.6 provides for not requiring any changes in HA, but obviously that can be changed to 3.6.0 if there's a preference for that.

Based on https://github.com/home-assistant/architecture/blob/master/adr/0002-minimum-supported-python-version.md we support the latest 2 version after 2 month of release. Ever 0.0.x is also a security update and should be installed by user.

There is currently disagreement and not enough documentation over treatment of micro versions, and bugs are cropping up, so I've opened home-assistant/architecture#278 to get that fixed.
