Summary
Remove the option to set Home Assistant/Assist as the assistant app or trigger it with the voice command button on Automotive. Some manufacturers want an overhaul of the UI, or break the UI, and it generally isn't designed for hands-free usage.
(Assist is still available via other routes on Automotive such as from the frontend.)
