Sensor descriptions and UI strings writing feedback

Summary

Processing more technical writing feedback while also keeping in mind the Material writing guidelines and style guide for docs:

• Remove some unused strings to avoid irrelevant feedback.
• Updating some sensor descriptions for consistency: quote sensor settings names, add 2 newlines (like a new paragraph) if there is a lot to describe instead of one massive block of text, use an active instead of passive voice. Fixes Unclear description of Location Zone sensor plus some stylistic fixes #4727
• Make some strings shorter (and hopefully as a result easier to read and translate).
• Try to use more input neutral terms instead of click or tap - or remove the text to click completely if it is logical/obvious that clicking does the thing mentioned in the previous sentence. There are already multiple strings that avoid this and/or refer to actions instead of clicking. Fixes Wrong use of "click" for a touchscreen app, plus better wording for permissions #4728
