Silence a sign conversion warning

When building with clang's -Wconversion, RealtimeObject<T, RealtimeObjectOptions::realtimeMutatable> gives an implicit conversion changes signedness warning, because the double-buffer std::array is addressed with an int. This silences it by fixing the index type to size_t.
