The slicot package contains a numpy wrapper of the slicot control system 
fortran library.

Documentation of the fortran functions can be found at [1]

The wrapper was written by Henrik Johansson <[email protected]>

Install
-------

Pre-requisites are a build tools, a fortran compiler and the lapack library.

In Ubuntu 8.11 (Intrepid) these can be installed as:

> sudo apt-get build-dep python-scipy

To build and install the library:

> sudo python setup.py install

Usage
-----

In python:

>>> import slicot
