Which issues does this pull request close?

closes #1127

TODOs

  • Clicking a Checkbox in Task expansion should complete it (Blocked by Tasks as Subtasks API)
  • Integrate with Tasks as Subtasks API
  • Add Tags list to Main Section
  • Make the modal stay in place independent of expansions
  • Update style of Subtask lists Headers
  • Consider improving UX for expansion/showing less
  • Add Assignee Select when clicking the add button on a SubTaskTile
