terraform fmt uses odd variable style

variable "shared_services_vpc_id" {
}

variable "production_vpc_dns_zone_id" {
}

This is what tf fmt does to module variables, i would have expected

variable "shared_services_vpc_id" {}
variable "production_vpc_dns_zone_id" {}

[ghost]
