Support disable addon_profile for oms_agent (Fixes #4080)

Allows to disable oms_agent and aci_connector_linux by making log_analytics_workspace_id and subnet_name optional fields.

We have just merged #4513 which seems very similar to this PR and tackles the same issue. Could you check and see if it would fix the issue?

Ha thanks, I missed that one, it does fix #4080 as well, but not for the aci_connector_linux.

Thanks for checking @fxgsell, for aci_connector_linux the subnet must be optional? is there an issue you can link to with the error (or create & update this PR to only fix that with a test?)
