Description

  • Removed test configs for 3.x
  • Removed several tests that were testing the update of a ForceNew property
  • Fixed test config for valid update tests that were triggering a ForceNew
  • Updated the revision versions for the service mesh profile tests

There are still some test failures which require a deeper investigation since they're using special testing functionality to provision resources and dependencies outside of the test.
