Description

As per MicrosoftDocs/azure-aks-docs@63669fa

azurerm_kubernetes_cluster_node_pool & azurerm_kubernetes_cluster's default_node_pool's node_public_ip_tags property is now GA, updating the doc to remove preview requirement
