Description

This PR is to remove Computed from network_features, create_from_snapshot_resource_id and protocols_enabled.

For network_features, per the commit, TF would always set the default value "Basic" at creation. I think that we should add the default value in the schema instead of setting the default value in the create operation.

For create_from_snapshot_resource_id, per the commit, the "computed: true" is added at the beginning. After I just now tested, I found that API doesn't return the default value.

For protocols_enabled, per the commit, protocols_enabled is used to replace cifs_enabled, nfsv3_enabled and nfsv4_enabled. As they have been deleted at v3.0, so I think the Computed of protocols_enabled also can be removed.

The failed test case is also failed with same error in Teamcity Daily Run. So it's not related with this PR.
