bugfix: update tombuildsstuff/giovanni to get path handling fixes, add test coverage for azurerm_storage_share_file in subdirectories

Description

Update tombuildsstuff/giovanni to get several path handling bugfixes for azurerm_storage_share_file, and an eventual consistency fix for deleting azurerm_storage_share_directory. Also add test coverage for files in subdirectories (delimited with forward and backslashes).

This additionally pulls in several crash fixes across storage data plane resources.
