This PR updates
hashicorp/go-azure-sdktov0.20240201.1064937- which enables supporting User Assigned Identities for Stream Analytics.This SDK update includes changing the Stream Analytics Identity types over to using the Common Schema types - unfortunately the workaround for Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#17649 is still required.
