azurerm_redis_enterprise_database - support redisJson module for geo-replication #22627

Support RedisJSON module for geo-replication as requested by the service team.

Test Result:
PASS: TestRedisEnterpriseDatabase_geoDatabaseWithRedisJsonModule (1229.63s)
