Description

As there is Computed attribute on license_type, so TF would always get the value from previous apply while updating. Hence, TF would return this custom error. So I raised this PR to fix this issue.

Below failed test cases are also failed with same error on Teamcity Daily Run. So they're not related with this PR.

Omitting this is equivalent to license_type = null. Could you please remove this instead of explicitly setting to null
