It isn't clear what does "new Pack template syntax" mean and what migration steps one should do to their packs. |

A migration guide will be coming soon. Apologies that I wasn't able to get it completed by the time the feature started to be integrated in main. |

Adding a note to the README about the --parser-v1 flag. Someone already ran into this in #428
